Proprietary Blend: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre
Notes: Blend of Grenache, Syrah from plot no. 23 and Mourvèdre from plot no. 18. The vineyard is planted on a mixture of red-brown clays and silvery shales on the foothills of Cape Bénat. Manual harvest by successive sorting. Vatting with whole grapes and punching down. Alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts, malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees in 600 litres and 2500 litres casks for 12 months.
